the check-in process was quick, warm and easy! the room felt compact but functional. i appreciated the nice views and sustainable interiors.

I enjoyed the easy access to the metro station. It made getting around simple. The room was spacious. I found the gym and pool well maintained. The breakfast had a good selection. I ate well each morning.
I noticed a slight delay during check-out because of system issues.

The breakfast had lots of delicious options. The rooftop pool area was lovely! The gym had modern equipment too.
The sink in my room was clogged. The room had a bad smell, though I asked for water many times, it took a long time to arrive. It was disappointing.

the location was acceptable as it provided easy access to transport links.
The room size was a significant issue. It felt much smaller than expected, hindering movement. the bathroom lacked practical design. The door collided with the toilet, and the shower lacked proper enclosure, resulting in water spillage. i found the absence of sufficient towel racks and a small trash bin quite inconvenient.
